SHARJAH Airport Authority launched a special training course on Saturday for its employees to upgrade their customer handling skills. There are 20 participants who are drawn from different departments including Customs and Immigration. Dhaiyb Mohammed Ali from the training section said that the two-week long course would ensure quality service from all departments.
The course is being conducted by Naeema Al-Shaar with the co-operation of the training

section of Sharjah Airport Authority. According to Ali, this course is one of the 66 training courses that have been planned to be conducted in 2002.
According to the feedback received from the public travelling through the airport, the services provided at the airport have been up to standard. "However, the airport authorities are not ready to settle for this, and want to enhance the quality of services," said Ali.
